Loading exported json prevents loose crystals from being added or subtracted

The expected behavior is that when you load your exported json file, that it would work the same as if you had been using a fresh tracker page. Checking one of the loose crystals such as "Crystal in Link's Room" should add 1 to the gratitude crystal count, and unchecking it should subtract 1 from the counter.
Instead, it seems that once you load an exported json, the tracker completely stops adding or subtracting loose crystals automatically.
You can easily reproduce this bug by opening a new tracker page, exporting the progress and loading that json. Even on the fresh page clicking the loose crystals will not add anything to the counter.
