Location Tracking

Add location tracking. Location list should come from the base rando repository to ensure we always have the correct and up to date list of locations as well as access to logic.

Features:

• List of all locations in the randomizer
• Group by location area (Location areas for now are Skyloft, Sky, Thunderhead, Faron, Eldin, Lanayru, Sand Sea, Skyview, Earth Temple, LMF, Ancient Cistern, Sandship, Fire Sanctuary)
• Selecting an area should give the location in that area, with the ability to navigate back
• Clicking the location marks it as checked
