Feature: Add favicon support

Favicon's are these cute little icons that show up on browser tabs, e.g. the GitHub octopus or my little sheep here.
These can easily be generated online and added with a single line in the header section of an HTML file. Here's the code I use for my website, which I've blatantly copied from the Ananke theme I used before.

Seeing as I've already done the work, I'll send you a pull request tomorrow. Of course, the final decision is up to you, if this is a sensible addition to the theme or not. I'm not sure if it goes against the principles of readable-css in any way.
