Designated regent can ask you to go to Hajj with you

When you go to Hajj, sometimes a character wants to go to Hajj with you. Designated regent can be selected as that character. And when the Hajj starts, some random character becomes your regent, because your designated regent is busy going to Hajj. And if you replace your designated regent before the Hajj starts, the original designated regent is obviously upset.

There are 2 possible solutions.
Solution 1. Your designated regent should never be selected in that event.
Solution 2. If the selected character is your designated regent, they should be fired from the designated regent position without opinion penalty.
