misspelling sing/sign in uintwide_t.h header

Locally defined types such as uintwide_t<>::unsigned_fast_type are actually misspelled.

  • We do find: uintwide_t<>::unsinged_fast_type
  • We should replace with: uintwide_t<>::unsigned_fast_type

Ditto for signed_fast_type
