I connected with HDMI cable to LCD SONY

You are right. There seems to be a change in second screen detection in IOS 8. I can reproduce the
problem with a Samsung TV.
I will find a solution to this and publish an update to the app store. But this will take some time.
The iPhone or iPad works correctly with the second screen if you
a) kill the app (swipe out)
b) connect the second screen before starting the app.
The problem occurs if you connect the screen after starting the app.
