As a user, I should see cards of cities if I DO have favorites

If I have added a city to my favorites I should see a card with an image of the city, a small pink/red heart in a circle in the corner of the image, and the name of the city at the bottom of the card. The cards should be rectangular in shape, one column, and small enough in height that I can see 2 1/2 to 3 of them on a mobile screen.
