Clicking the "I need a fresh start" button should open a modal

The modal should say something like. "Are you sure? Clicking the button below will clear all of your past likes and dislikes, you will lose any favorites and cities that you have said "no" to will reappear in your searches."
There should be two buttons below it, one that says "Yes, clear my data" and another that says "I changed my mind"
Yes === clear local storage, close the modal, take me home
No === close the modal, see favorites page again
