Enhancement: Scanner Load Image

It would be great if there was a button on the scan route that allows for uploading an image from your photos, or grabbing an image from your clipboard instead of scanning it with the camera. This is useful if you are on a mobile device and you have saved or copied the image of a payment QR and want to use it but cannot scan it on the same device.
