The command line switch --daemon is missing in clamd.exe after updating to 0.103.0

I have clamd.exe installed as a Windows Service.
After updating to 0.103.0 the service will not start.
Looking at the -h output on clamd.exe, it looks like --daemon and --install are missing.

Is running calmd as a Windows Service no longer supported?

The update service is starting and running successfully:

C:\ClamAV\freshclam.exe --daemon
