Wouldn't it be a bit better to use colored ● (green - pass/red - failure/yellow - skipped)?

It would! Clar was designed to have pluggable output filters, so feel free to write one that does colored output and open a PR. There are already plugins that output in e.g. TAP format, so one for simple colored output would be a nice addition.
