Hi, the BCMS data used for building the available BCMS model was part of the VarDial 2020 evaluation campaign, social media variety geolocation task: https://sites.google.com/view/vardial2020/evaluation-campaign. I think it is best you contact the task contact person (yves.scherrer(at)helsinki.fi) to obtain the data from the shared task.
Otherwise, you can use your own data to train a model.
