Cannot fully exported records

We found that API Excel Converter cannot fully exported records.
For example, please use Query "TS=(cell) AND PY=2020"
All other settings are using the default one.
and then export the 1-3000 records.
You will find , it only exported 2975 records.
If we continue to export the remaining 2976-3000 records.
You will find , it only exported 1 record
Would you please check what is wrong with this tool and fix it.
