No playback on devices that don't have enhanced player

I realise this isnt really an issue because you specifically say this is for use with the enhanced player (plex pass only) but for anyone using this where users may not have access to that player you can disable DTS by removing "dca" from the audio codecs. Without this change these files wouldn't play (exit with error) if the enhanced player isnt available.

Thanks for the feedback. As of Plex for Apple TV v2.17 (released April 1), "The Enhanced Video Player is now available to all users and enabled by default. It can be disabled at any time from the app Advanced Settings."
