How do I use debugger with foreman?

ruby-debug seems to have a similar issue: ddollar/foreman#58

I'm not familiar with how foreman is invoking rails but this issue seems more relevant to foreman. If the solution presented in that issue doesn't work, you should mention it in that issue.
