when I run the command of 'python setup.py build_ext -i' , prompt an error.

I have searched for similar issues, and some people say that the gcc and g++ versions are incompatible? I don't know how to solve this error.

python3 setup.py build_ext -i
running build_ext
skipping 'mesh_core_cython.cpp' Cython extension (up-to-date)

After these, it seems there is no new files in current directory
