i have tried downloading it over and over again but every time i try to use this on LMMS the popup window for the vst is pitch back and idk how to fix it

I know the windows vst is broken
I'm currently transitioning into a new job, after that's done I'll start developing again.

I have loaded the win32 in lmms 1.2 and 1.3 (alpha)
both show the UI but it's not functional
I then loaded the win64 of Reaper and the win64 version of Ninjas2 seems to work fine in there.
So this seems an LMMS issue. Could also be a wine issue ..

idk what reaper and wine are
i know what liquid wine is but you know what i mean
