Azure sponsored credits close to expiration

The Azure infrastructure for the project, provided by Microsoft's OSPO, are nearing expiration. We are working to create another funding grant to cover the infrastructure, especially around increasing performance of crawlers.

I expect to land another $150,000-$200,000 of credit into the account sometime in the month of February 2024.
