Re-activating Clef takes user away from current page

Suggest that Clef should only take you to it's setting's page on first activation. After initial set up, I hardly ever need to visit the Clef settings page, so being taken there every time I have cause to deactivate and reactivate Clef is starting to drive me insane :-)

Agree with this one. We can just check whether Clef is already configured.

We'll fix this in the next release.
