Identical files all-data-colexifications.tsv and all-colexifications-described.tsv

@LinguList As far as I can see, the files all-data-colexifications.tsv and all-colexifications-described.tsv have the same content. Or is there a subtle difference that I missed?

the lattter should be removed. Sorry, I used it to ccreate the annotated file with the colexification pairs, where I used the dummies first. This is now called differently, as you know.
