Shouldn't there be end-to-end encryption?

It seems that the data on the server is currently encrypted, but the developers can see the data, right?
I feel uneasy even if the developer declares not to see the data.
I think the data should be encrypted and decrypted on the user's device using a common key, so that only the user can view the data.

E2EE will be supported. The product is going to support different platforms (android, ios, linux, windows, macos) and it requires more time for investigation to find the best and optimal solution to do it correctly and strongly enough. But at first I want to complete with the core functionality of the app. The development of a complex product with limited resources is slightly complicated task and requires more time.
