Iascable doesn't use latest cli-tools

It seems the launch.sh generated by 2.25.5 pulls the following cli-tools container:

DOCKER_IMAGE="quay.io/cloudnativetoolkit/cli-tools:v1.2-v2.2.19"

I have found that this version no longer works, due to the problem described in this issue

Andrew has already fixed the issue in the cli-tools container. Please could iascable use that image?
