failing to start sonarqube problems with postgress dbname

currently the stage2-sonarqube is passing the database name sonarqube-psql this is invalid SQL database.
The database silently fails to be created. is better to use default for now

the module for postgress can be improve to allow a app name which is also use for service name to be passed in, to identify the postgresql as being for sonar
