AWS account setup info missing

There needs to be additional info provided for AWS account setup to secret access key and key id variables. I am stuck at that step cannot move forward with the sample EC2 instance setup.
Even though i created personal aws account and created a key on us-west-2 region. But running terraform plan gives this error
