Do we need to allow for promoted builds in https://github.com/cloudbees/jenkins-scripts/blob/master/CleanBuildHistory.groovy per KB at https://support.cloudbees.com/hc/en-us/articles/216694687-Deleting-builds-from-a-job-but-not-the-promoted-ones ?
