Contact link(e-mail) needs to be changed

Currently, SpaceOne CONTACT_LINK is support@spaceone.dev.
But in order to support open source users, we need to change it to support@cloudforet.io

Also, CONTACT_LINK can be injected via external helm-value, otherwise it is displayed the previous value by THIS CODE
