using bosh-stemcell version 1.2.3 not allowed?

Hi,

we use stemcells and releases with versions like "1.2.3" - having two dots.
We use this syntax like 'our third patch of our fork which is based on the official 1.2 version'.
Bosh-workspace should be able to cope with that and even versions like "1.2-RC4"
