Update websocket_client to a version >= 0.54.0

Hi dev team,

could you please update the websocket_client dependency to a version >= 0.54.0? Starting from this version, the license has been changed to "BSD". The current version is licensed under "LGPL" which is less friendly.

@jochenehret I have no instance of cloudfoundry right away. Would you mind testing changes of this evolution does not break anything?

We've tested the update on a Cloud Foundry landscape and found no problems!
CF version is https://github.com/cloudfoundry/cf-deployment/releases/tag/v15.0.0
