The ops file for changing the cf deployment name has path: /instance_groups/name=maintenance/jobs/name=create-uaa-client/consumes/cloud_controller/deployment? but this path doesn't exist in the manifest.

I updated the ops file with comments to make it easier to use. Hope it will works for you.
