Docker Image

We currently depend on the bosh-google-cpi-release docker image. This means any breaking changes there will also break our CI. Additionally, there is test-time work, fetching tooling such as ginkgo, whic can be brought into the image.

Implementation should follow kubo style with a pipeline for updating/deploying the image.

We have created an issue in Pivotal Tracker to manage this. Unfortunately, the Pivotal Tracker project is private so you may be unable to view the contents of the story.
