how to configure port range (or all ports) when configuring the pool in nsx-v

Support Question

Recently we have a requirement to enable tcp router with port range, we are struggling to get this configured using vm extension.

When configure pool member in nsx-v gui, though port range is not supported, its allowed to configure monitor_port only and leave port unset/empty which effectively allow all ports.

The doc https://bosh.io/docs/vsphere-cpi/#resource-pools says port is mandatory and we are wondering is there any magic port we can use to help archive the same in gui (we have tested 0 which doesn't work)?

Also, we found its supported to have multiple members with different single port added to the same pool, is there any implications in performance if we have a fairly large port range (i.e. numbers of pool members) added in the same pool?

Any suggestion how to implement this is appreciated.
