Compiling package ruby-2.6.5-r0.29.0 issue

Sorry if this is wrong place to post this. I am new to this.. Trying to install bosh to learn PCF and use with vsphere. I have installed a ubuntu 18.0.4 server to act as a jumpbox. When I run the bosh create-evn, I get below error. Any help would be awesome.
