The bump to rack v3.0.2 for the hello-world asset in #676 broke the pipeline so I reverted it, and told dependabot to ignore that major version. We should figure out how to bump it moving forward though.

🤔 It's possible, though I haven't verified, that making the apps safe for Ruby 3 in #686 fixed the issue.
