Support for Point In Time Recovery

Description
Support for Point In Time Recovery (PITR) should be provided by Service Fabrik
- SF would deleted backups older than retention period only if on last day of retention period a successful backup is present.
- SF should be able to restore a service instance supporting PITR on any times tamp in last x days. (x is the retention period in days).
- Several enhancements are made in restore flow.
