SystemLog is using non-existent css class btn-default for the Refresh button

/systemlog/index Refresh is using class="btn btn-sm btn-default " so doesn't look like a button.
Should presumably now be btn-primary in BS4

Aha, turns out the WebApp in the System Log solution is using BS3, so I've been getting very confused with BS4 classes not working!
