NavigationDemo.Web does not render breadcrumbs

Hi.

Thank you for cloudscribe.Web.Navigation.

It seems NavigationDemo.Web doesn't render breadcrumbs.

In the provided demo web application, I expected to see the breadcrumbs displayed right under the navigation, but the BootstrapBreadcrumbs view is not rendered.
