[Bug]: 本地启动Server，插件获取null，用start-dev-server.sh启动是可以的，IDEA启动就不行

Description

Unable to load datasource templates. Details: Cannot invoke "org.pf4j.PluginWrapper.getPluginClassLoader()" because the return value of "org.pf4j.PluginManager.getPlugin(String)" is null.

查看产品或者创建产品时出错，

但是插件的jar已经在dist中了，不知道为什么
