This change is to support integration with the metadata registry, https://github.com/clrfund/metadata-registry.
The UI will allow users to search and select the metadata to manage.
The UI will also allow users to select what actions to perform: delete or set permissions
Input for Set permissions:
- accounts
- create/update/delete/permissions boolean values
The UI will need to be able to inform users about switching network because CLR could be hosted on a different network than where the metadata was created at.
Upon completion, the UI will switch back to the network CLR is hosted on.
