Pages marked as unrenameable can be renamed

If a page name contain HTML tags, it must not be renamed in Pagemanager. While these pages are marked as such with a respective yellow label icon, it is still possible to rename them in the widget, but on saving the change is lost.
PS: while "rename" is disabled in the toolbar and the contextmenu, one still could use F2.
