Add "open branch" tool

Editing a deeply nested subpage can be a pain, because multiple branches may have to be openend. Using the "toggle" tool may not help much, because one may have to find the page in a very long nested list. Therefore it would be good to have an "open branch" tool which expands a branch and all its children.
