forcefield environment not installing

Are some channels missing from the environment file?

Could not solve for environment specs
The following packages are incompatible
├─ dgl ==0.9.1 py39_0 does not exist (perhaps a typo or a missing channel);
├─ openff-toolkit <0.11  is uninstallable because it requires
│  └─ ambertools >=20 , which does not exist (perhaps a missing channel);
└─ openmmforcefields >=0.11.2  is uninstallable because it requires
   └─ ambertools >=20.0 , which does not exist (perhaps a missing channel).

My macbook was trying to pull osx-arm64 architectures, but it looks like osx-64 architectures are the right ones.
