Need to have an option to save more data.

In thinking towards visualizing morphct runs, there are certain useful bits of data (chromophore centers, how often a given chromophore was hopped to, ect) that are calculated but not saved for later analysis. I don't have an intuition about how or in what file format/data type to save this data to.
