Flicker before scroll starts on Chrome

Hi

We have implemented your great plugin on a site but we're getting a flicker before the scroll on Chrome 31.0.1650.63 m. Any ideas? It seems related to using the anchor point. I can send you a message with the URL of the site to see it happening.
