This is due to a chance in how the environment vars get pulled into configuration.

This has been sorted out; PR in-bound. There were several issues in play:

  1. the code that was responsible for sorting out env vars and stuffing them into a map had changed significantly
  2. the nexus service is caching snapshots (in particular, the cmr-http-kit 0.1.2-SNAPSHOT)
  3. crossing the streams in Bamboo
