Update to
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/argoproj/argo-workflows/stable/manifests/quick-start-postgres.yaml
instead of
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/argoproj/argo/stable/manifests/quick-start-postgres.yaml in main_argo.yml workflow
and update argo version to v3.1.1
Security context needs an update as well.
