runall requires Python 2

runall seems to require Python 2, which is increasingly unavailable on many systems. I have not checked how much effort it would take to port to Python 3, but I doubt it's much.

Oh, it turns out that lots of Python scripts here require Python 2. I will see if I can port the others I encounter.
