All venus-setup functionality was merged into dpkg-reconfigure coda-client on Debian/Ubuntu, I guess the docs never caught up.

I found 3 different copies of the coda documentation source tree, all of which are slightly different, none of which build correctly anymore because they depend on obsolete versions of linuxdoc and sgml2html. I remember at some point converting all the documentation to docbook format, but haven't uncovered the location of that effort yet.

I'll leave this one open until I've found the most recent version of the documentation.
