Create an index

Would be great to have an index for when users go to https://api.registry.cosmos.network, similar to how it's done on RPC endpoints.
Would love to be able to direct people to that url without needing to refer to a specific documentation on how to navigate the endpoint. I'd suggest adding a link to the readme file in that index as well.
