step 1: checkout release w/ scene detector
step 2: build
step 3: clone appropriate db from db repo (https://github.com/cnagda/id-pirated-vid-db) (Note that this requires a good chunk of disk space and a lot of time, so have option for if already exists)
step 4: do the whole testing thing
