To better facilitate issue creation/maintainance and pinging ContribStrat on issues/PRs, I'm seeing a few potential improvements:
- Add SIG ContribStrat members to CNCF GH org (allows easier pings and issue assignment)
- Create GH teams:
- sig-contributor-strategy
- sig-contributor-strategy-leads
- Grant leads access to administer this and the community repo suggested
- Project board(s) for the team
This currently just a rough list, but I wanted to get the conversation started.

Just a heads up, no action required here until we discuss as a SIG on Thursday's call.

cncf would like us to follow settings.yml format - im fine with this - but not required. may as well float with the crowd to get bootstrapped though.
Of course, what I really want is Prow for this repo. Prow eliminates a lot of meeting time, since we don't need to discuss PR approvals.
@parispittman let's use this file as suggested, we'll update it with the names of the chairs/other personas.
Hey, we have a populated settings.yml now, and it's installed.
Do we need to do anything else on this issue?
@jberkus i think @justaugustus was taking the item to set up a project board at the cncf org level and not our repo level - don't think that's done yet
Yep, a few more things to take care of and I've had a few OOO days. Will close the loop on this first thing next week.
